Devika constructed a comprehensive application for HOP, featuring a fully integrated booking system, login platform, payment portal, and other custom functionalities leveraging the Baseline product. A user-friendly four-step booking system was implemented to streamline customer interactions. This technological collaboration enabled users to rent a car within 30 seconds, showcasing the automation of data and simplification of the user journey. Zeryab emphasized the scalability of this model, with the potential for white-labeling and licensing beyond the ride-share sector.
In addition to app development, Devika worked closely with HOP to formulate a robust go-to-market strategy, incorporating thorough testing and research to understand the needs of the defined customer base.
