Circolo set out to fix a major problem in event management: fragmented tools and constant coordination chaos. Most events are still run using spreadsheets, emails and disconnected apps, creating stress, missed details and unclear ownership.
When Circolo came to Devika, they already had a product, but it wasn’t fit for purpose. The platform was unreliable, difficult to extend and expensive to maintain, yet still failed to deliver the functionality the founders needed. The business required a reset on modern, scalable technology.
Devika moved straight into our MVP build phase, working closely with the Circolo team to redesign the platform around real event workflows and commercial scalability. Our goal was to launch a production-ready product quickly, eliminate unnecessary infrastructure costs and create a foundation for long-term SaaS growth.
Within three months, Circolo was relaunched as a stable, commercially viable web application. Since launch, the platform has continued to grow its user base, incorporating customer feedback and releasing regular product updates.

Devika rebuilt Circolo as a modern, cloud-native web application that centralises every part of event planning and delivery. The platform provides a single source of truth for runsheets, guests, teams, budgets and tasks.
The MVP was designed for two primary user types, Event Organisers and Event Team Members, allowing both planning and on-the-day execution to be managed in one system. It was built using Devika’s Baseline framework on AWS, delivering security, scalability and ultra-low operating costs from day one. Stripe was integrated to support paid events and future monetisation. The MVP was delivered as a responsive web application.
